Mary Kay, Nicola and the team at Investors Management Inc. are top-notch professionals who carefully balance the needs of tenants and the needs of landlords without ruffling feathers or missing a beat. As anyone who has owned a rental property knows--this is a precarious balancing act that only the very best can manage and they did it for more than a decade. I worked with IMI for 12 years; IMI first served as the property manager of my DC investment property. Then, in 2016, as my real estate agent when I decided to sell. During those 12 years they kept the property maintained, without gaps in tenancy, carefully managed the tenant background checks and selection process, and regularly went above and beyond the call of duty--day and night, 24/7/365. Their real estate services are equally top notch. I'd strongly recommend their services for landlords in DC.

Super friendly and responsive! They use an easy portal for payments and maintenance requests and always communicative by email as well. They take good care of the apartment as well. Would highly recommend renting with IMI

My roommate and I recently rented a property that was managed by Investors Management Inc. From the initial viewing of the property to the move-out inspection, our experience with the company and associated personnel was consistently pleasant. During our time as tenants, we experienced several maintenance issues (none of which could have been foreseen) and we could not have been more thankful for the property manager, Emily, who was always available to graciously assist. She promptly responded to and quickly resolved any issue we had. Honestly, one could not have asked for a better property manager! Emily was personable and professional, and I would gladly recommend this company to any renter.

Overall, my experience with Mary Kay and Nicola at Investors Management has been very positive. I have been a client of theirs for 16 years as a tenant and as a landlord, and I can honestly say that they make my life so much easier. They are 24/7 year round. As a tenant, I do my part making sure that my rent is paid on time and that I report anything that needs to be fixed to them. As a landlord, Investor's management handles the tenants background checks, selection process, and daily management of my properties. I highly recommend Investors Management!

Investors Management was the one-stop-shop for all my housing needs over the last 6 years. The team is extremely professional and very caring. Great Experience
For nearly three years I rented my apartment through IMI and from start to finish had a great experience. The application process was very quick and responsive, never had any issues during the lease, and the move-out process was effortless. Their representatives have always been responsive about any questions I had, and the property itself was an excellent experience.

We rented from IMI for two years while living in DC. We absolutely LOVED the home we rented from IMI. Their team was clearly intimately familiar with the home and neighborhood and took good care of our aging Washington, DC home. They were always responsive and professional in dealing with any issues that arose. Otherwise they were handoff, which allowed us to enjoy our privacy and feel like our rental was really our own. Their main maintenance person, Anthony, was always a joy to interact with and took wonderful care of us.
